This portal is aimed at the operational staff and volunteers delivering your experiences and products to your customers.

For Matrix CRM users operational dates configured in Matrix CRM are automatically added to the staff portal for managers to allocate work and shifts. Any activities or assets that have customers reservations are automatically listed and staff resource can be allocated accordingley. In addition staff roles and qualifications ensure that unqualified staff can never be assigned the wrong role.

Contractors, Zero Hour Staff and Volunteers

The staff interface also allows employees to input their availability against operational dates configured in Matrix CRM Software. This availability is shown in Matrix for managers to see when people are available to work and allocate work / shifts accordingly this in turn is fed back to the app to show staff when they have been booked to work.

Additional features allows contracts, safety information, rates of pay etc to be available on the staff interface for them to view. Staff can also keep their contact details and personal information up to date via the interface.
