Having worked in the leisure industry from an operational perspective our owners created Matrix due to the lack of suitable systems within the marketplace to do the job they required. This unique position means that all development comes from a unique operators perspective and is built on experience not theory.
Adrian Stokes
The pioneer of Matrix; an experienced developer who has worked within the leisure industry for 20 years having built numerous business systems for leisure clients in internal positions. His experience in working in the operations and delivery of Everyman Motor Racing, the leading driving experience company in the UK, gave him a unique insight of not just a developer but that of an end user. As we often say “Matrix was built on experience not theory”.
James Field
An experienced director with a demonstrated history of 20 years working in the leisure and events industry. Having identified the need for software to take existing experience businesses he worked in forward, Matrix was created as a result of the lack of suitable systems within the marketplace. Having implemented, refined and improved business systems and procedures that have withstood substantial growth year on year, he is well used to strategic planning, business strategy, working to tight deadlines and has experience in events, live television, high profile PR stunts and experience days.
